Is there is a dress code?

Yes! Very casual. As the temperature will be above 80 degrees most of the year, except in winter when it may be in the low 70’s you should dress casually, shorts and short sleeve shirts are fine most of the year for the guys, and casual tops and shorts or pants are fine for the ladies. How do I know you have space available?

If you reserve 7 to 10 days in advance you have a 100% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation, complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone number on your reservation form.

Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to Cancun?

We do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you are sure to get the trip when you want to go. During the high season from January to August there are many times we have no space available 2-3 days in advance. To make your reservation once you arrive in Cancun call us at 898-4312. If you are outside Cancun call us at 01-998-898-4312, and from the states 1-800-860-5917.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any trip or tour up to 24 hours before departure and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip or tour is canceled by the operator you will receive a 100% refund or we will reschedule at your request. Click Here to see all Cancellation and Change Policy.

Is the pricing on the website correct?

Yes. The prices are accurate and complete meaning that there are no additional charges. Our guarantee is that you will not pay more than that published price on our website. At the end of the tour a tip is optional and is generally 10% - 15% of the price depending on how much you like the tour and the service provided.

I send in a reservation with my credit card and what happens?

Once you send a reservation we confirm that there is space available. Then we charge your card. We then put the confirmation number on a coupon or voucher and send it to you in an email. You print it and that is your paid receipt for the tour. You present the coupon at check in.

Should I send in my credit card with the reservation?

Yes because you have a much better chance of getting the tour the less time that goes by before the departure. If there is no space available we will not charge your credit card but advise when the tour is available closest to the date you want. If you send in a reservation form without a credit card number inquiring about availability then we respond, simply more time passes giving the tour more time to fill up. Again once you are ready to reserve it is best to send your reservation with a credit card. Please remember no reservation is made until we have payment via your credit card or by other means.

How can I check the status of my reservation?

It is our objective that you know what is happening with your reservation. We will send you an update if we are going to be than 48 hours getting you a response. Captain Hook Pirate Dinner Cruise

The Captain Hook Pirate night adventure is fun for all the family. Great food, hilarious entertainment and and free flowing drinks makes Captain Hook a good night out for people of all ages.

El Galeon and El Bucancero are 93 foot authentic replicas of 18th century Spanish galleons, so accurate are they that in 1992 they were used by the Bahamas Quincentennial Committee to reenact the landfall of Christopher Columbus at San Salvador. Despite their authenticity they are equipped with modern sound and light systems and air conditioned eating areas.

Departing at 19:00hrs from Playa Linda (right next to the big observation tower) you will be welcomed aboard by your pirates for the evening, pictures will be taken of you and your group as you board and can, of course, be bought on departure. The two ships, with a capacity of 350 persons each depart in different directions to cruise the area between Cancun and Isla Mujeres for the next few hours.

The open bar drinks start flowing and the entertainment begins with party games, silly jokes, and dancing. A superb meal then follows with a choice of steak or lobster.

After the meal, everybody returns to the upper decks whereupon the other ship suddenly arrives and sword fights ensue with pirates swinging from one ship to the other. Following the fight there is yet more partying and dancing whilst cruise back to Cancun, arriving about 22:30 hrs, so still plenty of time to find your way to a club.

Ensure that if its quiet season that you go on a busy night such as Friday or Saturday because if demand is low only one ship will sail.

It is advisable to book these trips in advance, because during busy times such as Christamas or Spring Break, it may be difficult or impossible to get a place.

An indoor lounge, with a spacious outer deck, is perfect for romantic dining and an upper deck provides the ideal setting for viewing beautiful Cancun and enjoying lively dancing al fresco. Staff and crew are fully outfitted in pirate costumes and cannons are fired on arrival and departure.

Throughout the cruise the pirates provide an exciting account of the history of Cancun and Isla Mujeres with its famous pirate Mundaca. Following a delicious onboard Buffet or Sit-Down Dinner, and while the host pirate, Captain Hook, is entertaining the group with tales and illustrations of past pirate escapades, unbeknown to him another pirate ship is slowly approaching from the rear. Cloaked in total darkness, the sister ship El Galeon I, silently glides across the water to pull alongside Galeon II and, suddenly, Captain Hook discovers his ship is in danger and shouts for his men to take position. Cannons are primed for attack.

El Galeon I, Captained by the ruthless pirate Mundaca himself, attacks with cannons. His pirates, armed with swords and pistols, swashbuckle from the masts to land on the deck of El Galeon II and intimidate the passengers while taking Captain Hook captive. A sword fight ensues between the crew and pirates. The attack is enhanced with sound and light effects, and may involve group members or group leaders. Finally Mundaca's pirates are killed, leaving him to fight alone. Freed, Captain Hook battles Mundaca. Finally Hook is able to overcome Mundaca and kill him. The group decides if his body is to be thrown to the sharks or returned to Isla Mujeres! The party continues with music, dancing and fireworks!!
