We are staying in a Cancun hotel, how do we get there?
We do not have hotel pickup
for this tour. When you reserve we will send you a map showing how to get to the
departure point from your hotel. From the Cancun hotel zone it is very easy.
We are staying in the Riviera Maya how do we get there?
Transportation from the Riviera
Maya is available (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only) for this tour for $10 USD
per person. Please request transportation in the comments box on the reservation
form. Transportation must be paid in cash at pickup. When you reserve we will send
you the exact time of pickup in your hotel lobby.
We have our on car. Can we take this tour?
Yes, we will send you a map with instructions
on how to get to the departure point.

How do I know you have space available?
If you reserve 10 to 30 days in advance you
have a 99% chance we have space for you. We recommend you send in your reservation,
complete with your credit card information, and if space is not available we will
call or email you with when space is available. So be sure to include your phone
number on your reservation form.
Is it possible to make a reservation when I get to the Cancun or Riviera Maya?
We
do recommend you make your reservations as far in advance as possible so that you
are sure to get the trip when you want to go. During the high season from January
to August there are many times we have no space available 2-
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any tour up to 24 hours before departure
and only pay a 5% administrative processing fee. If the trip is cancelled because
the port is closed or due to bad weather then you will receive a 100% refund. Please
remember we do not accept cancellations from anyone but the person that made the

No children are allowed on this tour?
Correct, this is intended to be a romantic dinner
cruise and children under 16 are not allowed.
Is the water rough?
No you will be in the protected waters of the Nichupte Lagoon;
the water will be calm even on windy days.
Is there a vegetarian meal?
The vegetarian meal is the same meal without the lobster.
Price is still the same.
How long does the tour last?
The tour last approximately 3 to 3 ½ hours.
