
Individual -
The following Cancellation and Change Policies apply to all activities that are reserved
for “individuals” and do not contain the work “Group” in the title of the activity
on www.explorecancun.com.
CANCELLATIONS:
Any activity or tour for individuals can be canceled with 24 hour advance notice. All activities or tours for individuals canceled by the participant (you) result in a 5% administrative processing fee.
”No shows” or failure to cancel an individual tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the service.
Cancellations must be done by the person that made the reservation. We do not accept calls from other travel providers or a hotel concierge. This is to protect you from someone canceling your tour or activities.
In the event an activity or tour is canceled by the tour operator, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will be receive an immediate (in 48 business hours or less) 100% refund to your credit card.
(Normal refund time, for a tour reserved and charged in Mexico, can be 4 to 6 weeks. We can do it in 48 hours or less because we do our credit card charging in the U.S.A. not in Mexico.)

Changes:
You can change any tour or activity for individuals 24 hours or more before
the activity or tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty – space
permitting.
Charge to your credit card:
The charge to your card for activities and tours for individuals
will appear from CancunVistacom.
Groups -
The following Cancellation and Change of time or date Policies apply to all activities that have the word –“Group” in the title of the activity on www.explorecancun.com.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
Cancellations of group activities can be made up to 14 days
before the scheduled group activity and you pay only a 5% administrative fee. Cancellations
of group activities less than 14 but more than 7 days before the scheduled activity
are subject to a 25% penalty of the total amount of the group activity. Cancellations
of group activities less than 7 days before the scheduled group activity are subject
to a 100% penalty. Cancellations of group activities by the provider because of weather
will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations of group activities must be done by the person that made the reservation. We do not accept calls from other travel providers or a hotel concierge. This is to protect you from someone canceling your group activities.
