What does ExploreCancun.com offer to the Travel Professional?
Apart from our rates to the Traveler, we offer Net Rates to Travel Agents and Travel Wholesalers around the world. Through our password system, the Travel Professional has access to those special rates and also to special offers and last minute deals. For the moment we can offer those Net Rates only to certain geographical areas. We will be expanding this service in the future.

What is the philosophy of ExploreCancun.com’s web page design?
ExploreCancun.com has been created with business in mind. It is not only an information page about Cancun destination but a reservations center. ExploreCancun.com has been created in a simple design that allows for quick downloading. The graphics are limited in order to speed up the Web site. The main index page allows you to go to any other ExploreCancun.com Hotel Web page without having to pass through a number of graphical downloads.

The hotel descriptions and photos are optional and in most cases are no more than a link away from the hotel Web page itself.

How are reservations confirmed?
After you submit the Reservation format, we will confirm your request in less than 24 hours. Some hotels allow us to give immediate on-line confirmation. If a room is not available you will be notified of different date and hotel options. Once the reservation and the payment is confirmed, you will get your hotel voucher by e-mail. If you requested a transfer you will get the transfer voucher also by e-mail.

How are payments made?
For travelers; after submitting your reservation we can accept your credit card information on-line (via our secure connection and CardService credit card processing) or by sending your credit card information by fax Int'l (52) (988) 892-3967. Upon confirming your reservation, the total room charge is charged to your credit card 15 days in advance of your first night's stay. For travel professionals we accept credit card processing and also checks from U.S. banks and bank wire transfers. Ask for more information about alternate payment options at amigos@explorecancun.com.

How do I get transportation from the airport to the hotel?
Although ExploreCancun.com is not a ground handler, we can provide for transportation between the airport and the hotel through third parties. By filling out the Transfer format, you will supply us with all the necessary details of your arrival. The transfer company will assist you throughout your stay and help you in booking tours, excursions, boat trips, diving trips and all kind of local activities.

What if I have to cancel my reservation?
You can cancel reservations at any moment. Some cancellations incur costs. Our General Policies page informs about the details of payment, cancellations and price guarantees.
